Very easy and delish!
Just remember to dip them using the dry-wet-dry order. Flour, then egg mix, then flour again. I used about 2 cups of flour and seasoned to taste with the season salt and pepper. I also added dried parsley leaves for a little color and extra flavor.
I fried them with the stove set on medium heat (5). A few minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
great comfort food. Very inexpensive to make.
